A customized outline of work is provided to the client to specify the scope of work to be done by KES, and, if appropriate, by A&O. An estimate of hours will be made and an hourly rate will be determined or an overall consulting fee will be assessed.

The KES consulting package may include one, two or more of the following:

• Deputy Director
• Overnight Security Manager
• Backstage Security Manager
• Internal Audit Department (for auditing contract security companies)
• Narcotics Enforcement Unit
• Firearms Detection Unit (by Global K-9 Solutions, an associated company of KES)
• Counterfeit Ticket Credentials Unit
• Property Control Unit (tags, bags, inventories, and stores all confiscated items)
• Back Office Support
